Verifier is a consent driven data sharing platform that gives people access to their data to verify their financial situation – which helps speed up processes and deliver better outcomes.
For instance, we make it easier for customers to complete all sorts of processes - including loan applications. We also have a financial wellbeing feedback tool that organisations can offer to their customers – to both support a specific customer directly, but also to help the organisation refine the way they offer products to their customers.
We also pride ourselves in taking the hassle out of administration and all kinds of applications, particularly loan applications!
We are specialists in supporting consent driven data sharing and all our products adhere to privacy-by-design principles.
We have done our job when consumers get better outcomes with less hassle. And as pioneers we are proud of our role in building a new industry that focuses on supporting consumers to benefit from their data, comfortably.
Where we started:
We started out in 2015, focused on a problem that has been a real problem for consumers and lenders alike.
Streamlining Loan Applications ResponsiblY
Verifier’s Proof of Income service is the only Australian Privacy Principle 12 digital service in the Australian market, and is 100% compatible with GDPR. Our unique three party model respects the information security and privacy needs of both consumers and income data providers, while at the same time delivering the ease of online processing for lenders and other corporate providers.
This is complemented by the MoneyPulse survey, that is offered to borrowers by their lenders, to help them to privately (and anonymously) self-assess their financial wellbeing for their own benefit. Insights are delivered to lenders based on the aggregated results only. Again, we are supporting consumers to share their data to get better outcomes.
