Verifier’s Terms of Service

You agree Verifier Australia Pty Ltd (Verifier) may, on your behalf, request access to information that organisations hold about your superannuation contributions, payroll and employer (for example data aggregators such as super stream services). This request is made using your right of access to your personal information under the Privacy Act.

You also agree that Verifier may use and disclose that data to calculate your income and give ING a response about your income and employment. More information about how Verifier uses, discloses and stores your data is set out in the  Verifier Privacy Policy. You can ask ING to give you access to the data that Verifier obtained on your behalf.

To enable Verifier to find your information and access it on your behalf, ING will provide Verifier your name, addresses, date of birth and employer name. You can contact ING to request to see the information provided by Verifier as part of this process.
